As the description came earlier, I expected it on sept 20th Arrived Today August 18th. Although the delivery man left the parcel on the counter of the delivery address business if presented and indicated delivery so he did not apply for delivery signature either. I was able to link it without a problem and the audio is great.

I’m disgusted at the fact that it showed that at first it was in Staten Island & then it was being showed that it was being sent back however they never kept me posted to when it was really being delivered to me. It’s ridiculous that they never kept me posted & furthermore why did only 1 show up when I was expecting 2 earbuds. waste of money. Never again will I order form this company. I expected better than this. Just disgusting coustmoer service on their behalf.
